If you enjoy a cocktail every now and then, keep your cash at home if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your handbag, your wallet, and leave all money, plastic credit and checks at home. Grab whatever money you anticipate to use on alcohol, tips and only the pocket change you expect to lose and leave the rest behind.
Cynical? Not by any means. Just realistic. You could experience a success following a drunken evening out with your friends and be lucky sufficiently to hit a long roll at a smokin craps game. Hang on to that account seeing that it’s as brief as it gets if you always drink alcohol and bet. The two just don’t go well together.
Leaving your moola at home might be a bit drastic, but preventative measures for excessive actions is essential. If you play to succeed, then do not drink and play. If you are able to afford to blow your money without a concern, then drink all the gratuitous beer your stomach can handle, but don’t pack plastic credit and checkbooks to throw into the mix of following losses after your dead drunk head loses all the cash!
Let me to take this a single step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then hop on the internet to play in your preferred online casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the coziness of my condominium, but since I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards at my fingertips, I can’t consume alcohol and wager.
Why? Even though I don’t drink a lot, once I drink, it’s definitely sufficient to befuddle my common sense. I bet, so I don’t drink when gambling. If you are a drinker, don’t bet when you do. Both make for an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
