Don’t Drink … Gamble!

[ English ]

If you enjoy having a a beverage every once in a while, keep your cash out of the casino if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your evening bag, your money belt, and keep all cash, credit cards and cheques out of the casino. Pack whatever cash you anticipate to spend on refreshments, tips and whatever pocket change you intend to squander and keep the remainder behind.

Pessimistic? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You could experience a success after a boozy evening out with your buddies and be lucky enough to hook a long roll at a hot craps table. Don’t forget that adventure considering that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continuously drink and bet. The two just don’t go well together.

Leaving your moolah back at the hotel is a bit drastic, but defensive actions for dramatic actions is essential. If you wager to succeed, then do not drink alcohol and gamble. If you like to be wasteful with your $$$$ without a concern, then drink all the complimentary alcohol you can handle, but don’t carry credit cards and chequebooks to toss into the mix of going after squanderings after your drunk as a skunk brain loses everything!

Allow me to take this one step further. Don’t drink and then hop on the web to gamble in your favorite internet casino either. I enjoy a drink from the comfort of my condominium, but since I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit in close proximity, I can’t drink alcohol and bet.

What’s the reason? Although I don’t drink to excess, when I consume alcohol, it’s absolutely enough to cloud my judgment. I wager, so I do not drink alcohol when gambling. If you are a drinker, don’t bet when you do. Both create an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
